SHIPPING POLICY
We pride ourselves on quality packaging to protect your investment, while still providing quick turnarounds on shipping. Any order placed by 1pm EST will ship out no later than the following business day. There are times it will ship the same business day, but will never be later than the next business day. The only exception to this is for presale items – those will ship within one business day of the final release date set by the manufacturer.
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for all orders $199+ in the contiguous 48 states. For orders under $199, there is a flat $9.95 shipping fee added. Orders weighing 1lb or more or $199 or more will ship UPS Ground, and those over $1,500 will also require a signature. Orders weighing under 1lb and under $199 will ship USPS 1st Class Mail.
We offer the option to add expedited shipping at checkout (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air). Saturday Delivery is not standard with expedited shipping and costs an additional $20, so please email us immediately after placing your order if Saturday delivery is something you would like to add to your order.
Shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via UPS at a flat rate, regardless of the order total, as follows: Ground is $75, 2nd Day Air is $150, and Next Day Air is $275.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all products are FOB origin (seller’s warehouse). Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, though we will assist however we can if there is ever an issue with a carrier delivery.
If you would like to require a signature for any purchase under $1,500 or to add insurance to any purchase, you must submit a request through our Contact Us page within 15 minutes of completing your purchase and we will let you know the amount due for the additional service. Any order that doesn’t have a contact us submission within 15 minutes of checking out will be processed according to our standard shipping policy.
